Does not compute: Please repost and explain why you think that your symptoms of fatigue dizziness etc have something to do with "high metabolism." I'm not aware of the connection. In fact, symptoms of fatigue sound more likely to be related to a "low" metabolism. Your notions of "metabolism" don't really correspond to the way doctors think about metabolism.
