Varies: Sometimes it can be from a technical difficulty in getting a good reading in your foot, or there may be a reduction in blood flow to your legs, PAD is one potential cause of this. There is a test known as an ABI that is non- invasive and give further information about the blood flow into your arms and legs. I would discuss your question directly with your doctor.

Methodology...: Try comparing the readings of both fingers. Then compare the readings of both toes. I'm thinking there is calibration issue that is optimal on the finger.
