Here are some...: Fordyce's spots are ectopic sebaceous glands, which have no external connection like those with hear follicles. Therefore, they are unlikely to have infection. If infected, they are more likely the sebaceous glands of hair follicles, leading to foul odor due to infection like acne. Nonetheless, seek an evaluation with a direct look at and counseling.
