Fordyce spots: Fordyce spots are benign sebaceous glands. They contain a white, yellow material that can be expressed if the gland is open. They should not be causing itching or vaginal odor. The white material that can be squeezed out has an unpleasant scent. See an gynecologist to confirm the diagnosis and to make sure nothing else is going on
