Bentyl (dicyclomine): Is an anti-spasmodic particularly effective for LOWER bowel(constipation related to spasm) Your problem is complex!! Are you on antibiotic??? What other GI meds are you taking??? Ask ??again...with more details Hope this helps Dr Z
