Vestibular Neuonitis: Symptoms of vestibular neuronitis include vertigo, nystagmus, and imbalance. It is typically a self limiting disorder, and over time, patient report gradual improvement. Improvement times can be variable from weeks to months. Symptom improvement can be hastened with vestibular physical therapy.
