Lately i've been getting pains in my right eye, tightness in my eyebrow, headaches on the right side of my head, and dizziness during prolonged movement or twisting head motions. it's been occuring for a small bit over a month?

Vertigo caused or aggravated by head motions are characteristic of an inner ear disorder. Eye pains and unilateral headache may be a migraine equivalent, but I recommend an evaluation by an ophthalmologist & if no glaucoma or eye pathology, then a consultation by a neurologist is indicated. The positional dizziness and headaches will be addressed.
