Vertigo caused or aggravated by head motions are characteristic of an inner ear disorder. Eye pains and unilateral headache may be a migraine equivalent, but I recommend an evaluation by an ophthalmologist & if no glaucoma or eye pathology, then a consultation by a neurologist is indicated. The positional dizziness and headaches will be addressed.
