From your own fund: This usually refers to the portion you have to pay (deductible, copay) out of your own pocket after the insurance has paid its portion. For those who have no insurance, the entire cost will be borne by you.

Out of network??: Interesting but most doctors and dentists are either "in network", "out of network" or cash only (very rare except for pure cosmetic treatments).

No insurance.: More and more doctors these days are foregoing participation in insurance companies and are opting to charge their patients directly on either fee-for-service or monthly/yearly payment plans. This actually allows the doctor’s practice to be much smaller than it would be otherwise, allowing the doctor to spend more time with patients.
