Dietary fats: It's a type of fat that in excess is associated with heart disease and is found in animal fat, dairy fat, shellfish, even chocolate. People are always debating diets, but national guidelines still recommend a diet that is higher in the healthier unsaturated fats in vegetable oils, nuts and fish and lower in cholesterol and saturated fats.
