More info needed...: Is the bridge fixed or removable? Is it the actual bridge that is loose or your teeth that hold the bridge that are loose? Answers to these questions will help with the advice. You really should see a local dentist to be properly diagnosed.

Yes: The only effective temporary, and eventually premanent, fix is to see a Dentist. None of the OTC products are effective. If bridge is loose it may just have to be recemented. May also need to be replaced, especially if there is damage to the teeth under the bridge. If teeth are loose the services of a Periodontist may be required. Please put down computer, pick up phone, call Dentist.
