Possible Redo Bridge: If you were not lisping before the bridge . The bridge may have eliminated certian room and spacing for you to properly create sounds and this is causeing your lisping. Proper phonetic ( sound creation) is important on any bridge on the front or dentures when they are made. If the lose of space is minor it may be able to adjust the bridge. If it is major the bridge may have to be redone.

Try having the: Bite adjusted. If that doesn't resolve the issue, then perhaps a new prosthesis. If economics permit, consider an implant and keep a one tooth problem a "one tooth problem".

Air escaping: If the way your front teeth come together now is different and there is a new space for air to escape through when you talk it can cause the lisping sound. The back of the bridge may have to be adjusted so it doesn't happen anymore.
