Don't believe so: While Gadolinium (Gd) can cause a more serious condition, nephrogenic systemic fibrosis (NSF), to my knowledge there is no verifiable, consistent prolongation of the QTc from Gd. Now, you have to be careful as QTc prolongation may be due to whatever Gd is conjugated with. Ask your Radiologist and Cardiologist to get clarification. What is being imaged? Why? What Gd conjugate will be used? Alterna?
