Frequent meals: As opposed to most people, those with true hypoglycemia may need to eat six smaller meals through the day in order to keep blood sugars up. As always, keep a food diary to build your knowledge about trigger foods which may make your blood sugars react either in a way that makes them go too high or too low. Some foods are definitely on the menu, and some are definitely off the menu for you!
