What is this? an intense feeling of deja vu or remembering a dream, severe nausea and dread feeling that rises up from my stomach, my head starts to burn and i shake. i experienced it 7 times yesterday and i have a bad headache today and am dizzy?

You probably have migraine headache. You should see a neurologist if symptoms recur.
