I've been having muscle tightness & pain near my right shoulder blade for the past 4-5 wks & wondering what would help ?

Varies: It varies somewhat based upon the cause of the problem. If it is a soft tissue problem such as a "pulled muscle" or a peri scapular bursitis, rest, an NSAID and ice could potentially help. If it does not improve or if it worsens, being seen for a specific diagnosis would probably be a good idea.
