Quadriceps exercise: You need to be evaluated by you physician and maybe see a pediatric orthopedic specialist. The quadriceps mucle are in the thigh and are important for knee strength. You need to keep these in shape. You can do these sittiing up witha 5# weight and keeping the knee straight and raise you leg 6" off the ground and tighten the thigh muscles. You can google these also.
