i think i might have a ganglion cyst on the joint that connects my pinky to my hand.it feels like it is "popping" when moving it.should i be worried?

If it pops when-: -U flex it and locks, & U feel the lump move with the tendon, it is most likely a trigger finger. Injections can help some people, but if it doesn't last surgery is the way to go.

'popping' of finger?: Sounds more like a tigger finger? Best to see a doctor or hand surgeon fir examination.

Not likely ganglion: Ganglion cysts do not usually produce severe pain unless they are pushing on nerves. It is likely from another cause.

Not necessarily: If doesn't bother you, then leave it alone. Ganglion cysts tend to recur after removal and they never turn into anything serious.
