Support: I am sorry to hear you are having a rough day. I recommend that you try to find someone to be with that you trust and feel comfortable with. In addition to this, try to find a psychologist or counsellor for some therapy. Something seems to be bothering you and you should try to get to bottom of it.

Agitation?: If uncontrollable crying to the point of nosebleed and apparent agitation happens even occasionally, see your pcp for assessment and review of any/all medications you may be taking. You may benefit from a referral to a mental health professional for help. Meantime, avoid any mood altering substances like alcohol or recreational drugs. I hope this helps. Best wishes.
