At night sometimes when Im lying back on my bed or lying down I can feel my heart beat. Not fast just regular beats. I had stress test, echocardiogram, Holter monitor last year. Everythings fine. I have rare PACs & PVCs. Ive been stressed lately?

Im 18 I already got 3 echocardiograms done with bunch of ecgs and heart monitor and they are all normal except there are a bit of pvcs I did all blood tests and mri I still feel fast heart rate when walking and feel dizzy and get brain zaps?
Should PVC's be a cause of concern after a normal echocardiogram and EKG? When they come and go should I be concerned when they come? Everytime they act up it makes me want to run to the ER
