Constant throbbing pain top left hand side of head during the day, pain disappears while jogging & at night. prev diagnsd as tension head. tumor?

Tumors are more likely to cause seizures and focal neurological symptoms than headaches, and when tumors do cause headaches, the headache often worsens with lying down.
