Not usually: Pituitary tumor can cause headaches but you are describing a specific headache which can be caused by many problems. Your best bet is to discuss this issue with your doctor.

Possibly but unlikel: One can have headaches related to a large pituitary tumor, typically felt between the eyes. Small pituitary tumors (microadenomas) do not usually cause headaches.
