I got off anti psychotics tired of weight gain it was only prescribed for sleep i take buspar (buspirone) what are sleep meds don't leave you tired stay sleep?

Sleeping medication: I tend to gravitate toward prescribing the older sleeping agents like Flurazepam and Temazepam. They seem to be more effective at keeping you asleep. They are also much less expensive and do not induce sleepwalking like Ambien (zolpidem) does.
