Epigastric pain: Chest pain or epigastric pain may indicate a lot of things in the differential diagnosis. But, in a healthy 20 year, the likelihood of coronary disease is unlikely. You may have epigastric discomfort from pericarditis (unlikely), GERD and esophageal reflux. The latter is most likely. Go to the emergency room or immediate care center for evaluation and treatment.
