Costochondritis: Hi I assume it doesn't hurt with food and no bnausea then t would think you might have inflammation of your rib, that could be due a minor trauma to the chest, overuse of arm, vital respiratory infection, you can take Motrin/Ibuprofen at 4 hours intervals, if not better in a day please contact your MD.
