Where is the cyst?: If you have a vaginal cyst it could cause pain. If your cyst is somewhere else on your body it is not likely to be causing this. Vaginal dryness associated with cracking of the skin sounds like you may have a dermatologic vulvar condition. See an Obgyn for an exam and possibly a vulvar biopsy so that a proper diagnosis can be made
