Rash: It's important to have an accurate diagnosis prior to rendering effective treatment. You may have eczema or a fungal infection. One may even need to biopsy to rule out a more serious condition. You should see a Dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Hi. The tops of my feet and my ankles are extremely itchy. Its a red rash, no bumps, just small red dots that breaks out on my skin. Really uncomfortable. It tends to flare up at night. I took some photos if there is a need for it.
A few months ago,I had athlete's foot.This time its just plain circular patch thats cracked, feels dry,red,& itchy skin (top of foot).Is it different?
