Several: non pharmacologic methods of controlling GERD include not mixing food and fluids while eating, avoiding carbonated beverages, and putting the head of your bed on 6 inch blocks!!!! There are also semi-invasive SURGICAL techniques !! Ask a (your) Board Certified Gastroenterologist!
