I am 24.i have total dysmotility of esophagus, severe gerd,les=3mmhg & aerofagia.its been 2y.ipp, procinetic,diet not helping.any treatment solution?

GERD: ...can at times be very difficult to treat. If you have been on a PPI and a prokinetic agent, and obviously have had tests done, then you must be seeing a gastroenterologist. It is possible you need a higher dose or different medication. In some cases, even surgery is necessary for GERD. I would return to your G.I. doctor to see what the next step is in treatment and/or evaluation. Good luck!
