GERD: ...can at times be very difficult to treat. If you have been on a PPI and a prokinetic agent, and obviously have had tests done, then you must be seeing a gastroenterologist. It is possible you need a higher dose or different medication. In some cases, even surgery is necessary for GERD. I would return to your G.I. doctor to see what the next step is in treatment and/or evaluation. Good luck!
