Not likely: Assuming you had L3 and L4 transverse process fractures after an accident.Numbness in a leg a year later is more likely related to other factors( pressure or swelling on a peripheral nerve for example ) although it is possible to have had a disc injury that us just now making its presence felt. Almost all transverse proc. Fxs.Heal uneventfully.. See your md should the numbness persist . Gl!
