Endocrine Answers: You only have one thyroid gland, so I assume you're either talking about both sides of your thyroid or, perhaps, you mean you had both ovaries removed. If you did have your entire thyroid removed, I'd suggest you see an endocrinologist and have the hormone levels checked. If you had your ovaries removed, then discussion with a reproductive specialist would be appropriate.
