My daughter is 5 months old and she has a neck rash which is worse than the rash babies get when they are teething. she has dyhoria, coughs a lot and has blocked passages what could be wrong?

Hard to say : The vague symptoms listed are not specific to one condition. If it persists long enough to interfere with her daily activities an exam & review of her history may provide the answer & treatment.

If there is worsening, drainage or tenderness of the skin,please see your pediatrician right away. The cough may be related to several underlying conditions. Post nasal drip is one cause. Feed at an angle, remove mucus with gentle suction and nasal saline drops.
