How "fighting"?: How have you been fighting this kidney infection? I ask because they are typically bacterial in etiology, so I would hope your fighting would include the use of an antibiotic. If not, then you need one. If you are using an antibiotic, then it may be the wrong one. And you may need an ultrasound to make sure there's no kidney stone in there causing your pain.
