Tachycardia: Your heart rate is abnormally rapid and more so on standing. Has your thyroid been checked for overactivity? You may have an inappropriate neurological reflexive acceleration of your Heart rate on standing or your blood pressure may drop abnormally in the standing position triggering the tachycardia. Beta blockers are sometimes useful in your case but your cardiologist knows best.
