A member asked:

Ef 50-55%, 48hr holter average hr 98, hr 120+ standing. weakness/nausea. cardiologist not concerned, says "some just have this" and cant explain. why?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Tachycardia: Your heart rate is abnormally rapid and more so on standing. Has your thyroid been checked for overactivity? You may have an inappropriate neurological reflexive acceleration of your Heart rate on standing or your blood pressure may drop abnormally in the standing position triggering the tachycardia. Beta blockers are sometimes useful in your case but your cardiologist knows best.
