Lmp 29 february, 2 days late. hcg blood test shows 2-3 weeks pregnancy & dark positive preg. test. but only gs visible by tvu. why so low hcg?

It is early: One would not expect to see a fetus until 6-7 weeks on transvaginal sonogram. Since you are only 4 weeks then it sounds like things are progressing normally.
