Hard to say: There are two possibilities: you had a false positive pregnancy test (they often look a little positive after 5-10 min) or you had a chemical pregnancy and miscarried. It is impossible to tell for sure.

Pregnant: The hCG level initially was high enough to trigger a positive pregnancy test. The low hCG level of 3.4 means that the pregnancy is probably declining if not now non existent.
