Time to establish with Ob-Gyn as specific tests will have to be done in order to clarify pregnancy status and fetal age. Start with your primary care if access is a problem.

10 is an exceedingly low HCG and if it represents a viable pregnancy, you could be no more than 3 or 4 weeks pregnant and a repeat HCG will already be in the 100s or 1000s. Usually, a number that low means you were pregnant, and it's important to know what became of that pregnancy. The doctor who ordered the test likely already knows, and you should call that doctor right away
