Serum BHCG: A Serum ( blood) BHCG quantitative test is going to be more accurate than a urine pregnancy test. If there is a discrepancy then you will need to ask your doctor for an interpretation of the test result. Your question states that you had a positive blood test and negative BHCG test. That seems contradictory
