I can feel a lymph node in my breast about a week before my period and it goes down after it. ultrasound was benign, but should i be more concerned?

No: First, it is incorrect to call this a lymph node which are not located in the breast and will not change with your cycle. You are feeling a breast lump, possibly a cyst, which comes and goes with your cycle. Due to hormone changes it is not unusual for the breasts to become more lumpy and sensitive the week before your period, but there is no need for concern if everything returns to normal.
