Nothing unless they: Unless the lymph glands are getting bigger, you do not need to do anything further. if the lymph nodes are getting bigger, then you need to go see your doctor again.

Not tumor: If a sonogram shows an enlarged lymph node in the breast the best approach is to have a 3D mammo or MRI or the breast to define the nature of the lesion. A carcinoma shows as a speculated lesion and if not present, then finding clustered microcalcification. Intramammary lymph nodes are not uncommon.
