Prescribed dose : Oramorph can be taken by different patients in greatly different doseages. The medication is safe at greatly varying dose but dependent on numerous factors. If you are asking about safe dose, my presumption is that your doctor has not prescribed a dose more than the 10mg you mentioned. You really need to explain to your MD that you are not getting pain relief so MD can give you safe/correct dose
