Over 120 mg: The maximum daily dose for oramorph is 120 mg. Taking doses greater than 120 mg a day may increase the risk of serious side effects, including bronchospasm and death. Ask your PCP for help and referral to a psychiatrist.

HIGHLY DEPENDS: Don't screw around with this medication! I have no idea what concentration you have in front of you and people CAN and DO die from its use. If it hasn't been prescribed by a physician to THAT patient CAREFULLY for the appropriate use it can and will be deadly. The dose that is lethal is SO variable that I cannot give you a specific number without knowing more about the exposed patient. Sorry.
