Is it safe to take oramorph at the exact same time as taking tramadol 100mg ?

Not a good idea: Increased risk of seizures, breathing problems, speech/motors problems. DO NOT drive or operate machinery. Don't drink alcohol or take any other drugs. These are not safe in combo. Talk w/ your DR for alternatives. I think I recognize you - you need to find better pain control! Consider hypnosis, yoga, acupuncture/pressure, massage, meditation, non-drug alternatives.
