Vessel damage.: I will assume you mean "Meth" not "Method" being "shot up". When injecting a foreign chemical in one's body, there is a tendency for the body to react negatively. If one were to inject such chemicals directly into a vessel, it is quite possible to cause damage to that vessel (artery or vein). You can also get a blood clot forming in that vessel, which can lead to an impaired blood supply to limb.
