Kinda sorta but no: I used http://tools.acc.org/ASCVD-Risk-Estimator/ to calculate risk. There's calculated 10yr risk & optimized 10yr risk. Latter based upon following: "Total cholesterol of 170 mg/dL, HDL-cholesterol of 50 mg/dL, Systolic BP of 110 mm Hg, Not taking medications for hypertension, Not a diabetic, Not a smoker" So if you can achieve better numbers than these, yes, you improve but zero risk? No.
