? URI: after a a flu, feels congested with ear pain/fullness, and breastfeeding: your best bet is to be seen by your doctor, you may need prescription medications, meanwhile, use saline nasal washes, it will help the congestion and probably your ears as well, use acetaminophen OTC for pain, fine with breastfeeding.
