Below: Could be a cyst, or a lymph node. If it does not go away in the next 3 weeks, then you need to see your DR for exam. If it becomes more swollen, painful, then don't wait for 3 weeks, go to your DR. Use some warm, moist packs, 3 times per day, for about 15 min each time while waiting for the 3 weeks to go by
