Coconut Oil: You need to moisturize from the inside out. Consider using coconut oil. You will need about 3 tablespoons daily. Additionally/alternatively, 3 tablespoons of olive oil can be helpful. Fish oil good too. Peace and good health. Sublingual B12 can be used for the itch.
