There're a few ways: Ask a gynecologist or a reproductive endocrinologist for a Basal Body Temperature chart and to explain how to use a thermometer and a BBT graph and to learn about signs of ovulation. Ask a pharmacist for an "ovulation kit" and for directions on its use. If you have regular 28 to 30 day menstrual cycles, it is quite probable that you ovulate 12 to 14 days before the onset of menstrual bleeding.
