Ovulation: Hi, part of it depends on what your typical cycle length is (from day 1 of one cycle to day 1 of the other). If you substract 14 from your average cycle length, that will help predict when you will ovulate. So if you typically have a 28 day cycle and the first day of your menstrual cycle was 6/21, you could expect to ovulate 14 days later (7/5) +/- 1 day.
