Yes: Many women report monthly periodicity to their arrhythmias - it's not uncommon. No doubt, cyclic changes in hormonal levels with fluid retention and volume shifts contribute. You do have a lot of company!

Hormones: Hormones can surge throughout your cycle, and just like migraines can occur during times of your cycle, it is possible palpitations or pvc's can be related as well. Get a cardiac eval and if all other causes are ruled out, possible birth control, used to regulate your hormones, may be the answer. Good luck.
